Specific details of the services to be rendered will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or service agreement tailored to each client's needs.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing clear and accessible access to the property for service execution.
- Ensuring the removal of personal items, pets, and debris from the service area prior to our arrival.
- Notifying Landscaping Four Seasons of any specific concerns, hazards, or preferences prior to commencement of work.
- Prompt payment for services rendered as per the agreed-upon terms.
3. Pricing and Payments
Service pricing will be provided in a detailed estimate or contract. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the original agreement.
For new installations or larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Landscaping Four Seasons strives for the highest quality craftsmanship. Plants, trees, and shrubs installed by us may come with a limited warranty, the specifics of which will be detailed in your service agreement. This warranty typically covers plant replacement due to failure within a specified period under normal care conditions, but does not cover damage caused by neglect, extreme weather, or acts of vandalism.
We guarantee our labor to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Landscaping Four Seasons takes all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property that impact our services, or for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, utility outages, or unforeseen ground conditions.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services directly in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and creative works produced by Landscaping Four Seasons for our clients remain the intellectual property of Landscaping Four Seasons until full payment for the related services is received, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
Landscaping Four Seasons reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website or notification to clients. Continued engagement with our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
